IN SALON POLICIES

At Bomb Klawz Nail Studio, I want to provide the best possible service to all of my clients in a private setting. To ensure I can remain top tier in not only nail artistry but customer service, policy and structure is important to maintain business order. I value all of my clients and strive to maintain our policies as fairly and understandably as possible.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 100% 48 hour cancellation policy. Your appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled online at anytime 48 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment. If your appointment is cancelled AFTER the 48 hour policy you will be charged in full for your service and a new deposit will be required for future any future bookings.

 

Late Policy

We understand at times life happens and can cause delays in our days, With Bomb Klawz Nail Studio being a private nail salon experience with one nail technician, being even a few minutes late can cause an inconvenience for your nail tech and the next client. We have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes a late fee of $15 will be charged to your service. If client is not in chair by 15 minute mark, your appointment will be cancelled and your service will be charged in full. A new deposit will be required for any future booking. If you are running late please notify me as soon as possible for resolution. 

New Clients

If you have never been serviced or have not been serviced within 3 months by Bomb Klawz Nail Studio please book under new client services. Any new client appointments booked under a different service will automatically be cancelled. If removal service is needed for your application please book the correct removal service. If no removal is booked with your service please ensure to arrive at your appointment with bare nails. If you have any questions regarding services please contact me. 

Deposits

A $30 deposit is required when booking any nail services.  The deposit is non-refundable, and will be be applied to your service at the time of check out. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit can be applied to another appointment once within the same month of the originally scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule and I have no appointments available, you can be put on the waitlist for possible openings should any other cancellations arise. If your appointment would need to be rescheduled for a different month or your appointment is canceled all together, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required for any future bookings.

Removal Policy

If removal of product is needed for your service please book the proper removal to ensure there is time to complete your intended service in full. If removal is not properly booked and there is no time in my schedule to complete a full removal, your service will be canceled and rescheduled for another day. In those circumstances your service will still be charged in full as booked. Bomb Klawz Nail Studio is not responsible for improper booking online. Nail Repair Policy

Any issues regarding application/installation of your nails can be repaired free of charge within the first 3 days of service (i.e. nails popped off, chipping polish). This does not apply to fully broken nails which will adhere to the repair fee. 3 or more broken nails to be repaired during a repair appointment will be charged as full set of the repair service. Any nails requiring repair outside of the 3 day policy will adhere to the proper repair fee in full.

 

After Hours Appointments

For any clients unable to schedule an appointment during my opening hours and would like to guarantee an appointment, after hours appointments can be accommodated based on availability. My current rate for an after hours appointment fee starts at $50. Clients can also add themselves to my wait-list for possible openings at no charge however openings are not always guaranteed.

 

Guests/Children Policy

Due to safety considerations and limited space, children and additional guests are not permitted in the salon. Any additional guests may wait in the lobby/seating area until your service is complete. Thank you for understanding.

 

Food/Beverages

Food is not permitted in the nail salon. Beverages in sealed containers/water bottles are okay.
 

Convenience Fee

A 3.5% convenience fee will be added to your total at checkout if paying with a card. To avoid this fee payments can be accepted via cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, and Venmo.

 

Covid-19/Sick Policy

Upon arrival clients will wash hands. Masks are appreciated but not required for the entirety of your appointment. Any clients showing visible signs or symptoms of Illness during service, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled once symptoms have subsided and service will be charged in full.
